Naghmeh Kiumarsi is a poet of color. She is a designer and researcher of international renown. The history and stories of the peoples play a major role in her creations. Naghmeh says: “I travel to remote villages and listen to almost forgotten stories. Then I design the clothes of the characters from the stories. This gives the stories a new life.”

She is a third generation designer and draws inspiration from her 2500 year old heritage from her country Iran, which reflects the textiles, patterns, calligraphy and poetry that tell the story of this heritage in her designs. Naghmeh is proud of her heritage and her family.
