Designer Shila Habibian, for example, focuses on minimalist designs that combine form and play of light, creating a strong connection between the piece of jewelry and its wearer – whereas Maryam Moquise has developed a novel method of creating jewelry from hand-woven and hand-embroidered garments, which she brings to life in collaboration with over 60 embroidery artists from different provinces in Iran.
